Recipe: Grilled Quebec Lobster with Lemon Butter
Ingredients (serves 2)
2 cooked Quebec lobsters
4 tbsp butter
Juice of half a lemon
1 garlic clove, minced
Fresh parsley (to taste)
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Split the lobsters in half lengthwise.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter with garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Generously brush the lobster meat with the flavored butter.
Grill flesh-side up for 4 to 5 minutes.
